Design of Automatic Charging and Discharging Device Based on Single Chip Microcomputer

摘要 针对目前的汽车轮胎充放气过程中存在工作人员劳动强度高、工作效率低、充放气气压不受控制等问题,设计了一种基于单片机的汽车轮胎自动充放气装置,该装置以单片机为主控芯片,以内置压力传感器为检测设备,具有自动充放气、胎压实时显示、参数异常报警等功能。测试结果表明,该装置的测量结果准确,控制功能强,具有较高的应用价值。 There are many problems in the process of tire filling and deflating, such as high labor intensity, low efficiency, air pressure isn’t controlled in process of aeration and venting. Aiming these problems, a new equitment of tire filling and deflating is designed. It puts the single chip as the main control chip, puts built-in pressure sensor as detection device. It has many functions, such as automatic aeration and venting, real-time display of air pressure, alarm when the parameters is anomaly and so on. The test result shows that it has accurate measurement results, strong control function, it has high application value.
