CT三维重建成像技术联合3D打印技术在输尿管软镜治疗复杂性上尿路结石中的应用价值 被引量:23

Application value of CT three-demensional reconstruction technology combined with 3D printing technology in flexible ureteroscopy for complicated upper urinary tract calculus

摘要 目的探讨CT三维重建成像技术联合3D打印技术在输尿管软镜治疗复杂性上尿路结石中的应用价值。方法将112例复杂性上尿路结石患者按随机数字表法分成对照组与研究组,各56例。对照组采用常规输尿管软镜治疗,研究组采用CT三维重建成像技术联合3D打印技术辅助输尿管软镜治疗。比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、手术前后炎症指标水平变化及术后并发症发生率。结果研究组手术时间、术中出血量及术后并发症发生率均少于或低于对照组(均P<0.05);两组患者术后1 h血清铜蓝蛋白、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-10水平均高于术前,但研究组上述指标水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论采用CT三维重建成像技术联合3D打印技术辅助输尿管软镜治疗复杂性上尿路结石,可减少患者手术时间及术中出血量,降低手术创伤及术后并发症发生率。 Objective To explore the application value of CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology combined with 3D printing technology in flexible ureteroscopy foRcomplicated uppeRurinary tract calculus.Methods A total of 112 patients with complicated uppeRurinary tract calculus were divided into control group and study group according to the random numbeRtable method,with 56 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional flexible ureteroscopy,and patents in the study group used CT three-dimensional reconstruction imaging technology combined with 3D printing technology to assist flexible ureteroscopy.Operation duraion,intraoperative blood loss,changes in inflammatory indexes levels before and afteRsurgery,and incidence rates of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation duration,intraoperative blood loss,and incidence rates of postoperative complications in the study group were less oRloweRthan those in the control group(all P<0.05).The levels of serum ceruloplasmin,C-reactive protein,interleukin(IL)-6 and IL-10 one houRafteRoperation were higheRthan those before operation in both groups,but the levels of the indexes described above in the study group were loweRthan those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology combined with 3D printing technology applied to assisting flexible ureteroscopy can reduce patients′operation duration and intraoperative blood loss,and decrease the incidence rates of surgical trauma and postoperative complications in the treatment of complicated uppeRurinary tract calculus.
