摘要
目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动在手术室临床护理路径信息化护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年9月至2018年6月在该院收治的手术患者400例作为研究对象,按收治时间不同分为对照组(2017年9~12月)和研究组(2018年3~6月)各200例。该院从2018年3月开始在手术室建立品管圈,并实施临床路径信息化管理。比较两组患者满意度、术前器械台整理时间以及护理差错、切口感染发生率差异。结果研究组患者术后切口感染及护理差错发生率均低于对照组(均P<0.05);QCC活动开展前护理人员的术前器械台整理时间长于活动后(P<0.05);研究组患者对总体护理、临床护理路径及责任护士的满意度均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论QCC活动应用于手术室临床护理路径信息化护理管理效果满意,有助于减少护理差错事件,预防切口感染,提高护理人员工作效率及护理质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle(QCC)activities in clinical nursing pathway information?based nursing management in operating room.Methods A total of 400 surgical patients from September 2017 to June 2018 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into a control group(from September to December 2017)and a study group(from March to June 2018)with 200 cases each according to the time of admission.Since March 2018,a quality control circle was established in the operating room and clinical pathway information management was implemented.Two groups of patients were compared in satisfaction,preoperative instrument table arrangement time,nursing error and incision infection rate.Results The incidence of postoperative incision infection and nursing errors in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Nursing staff's preoperative instrument table aiTangement time before QCC activity was longer than after activity(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the study group to the overall nursing clinical nursing path and responsibility nurses were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions QCC activities applied to the operating room clinical nursing path information nursing management effect is satisfactory,help to reduce nursing error events,prevent incision infection,improve the efficiency and quality of nursing staff.
