摘要
目的观察对宫颈病变患者群体筛查是选择宫颈液基细胞学检查手段的临床价值。方法分析对象为2017年2月—2019年2月间在本院接受诊治且被阴道镜下宫颈活体组织检查确认为宫颈病变患者群体,在其中随机抽取400例并同时对其进行常规的巴氏涂片、宫颈液基细胞学检查,对检查数据进行回顾性分析和比较以归纳宫颈液基细胞学对于宫颈病变的筛查指导价值。结果宫颈液基细胞学检测上皮细胞异常检出率显著高于常规巴氏涂片检查检出率且有统计学意义(P<0.05);诊断质量满意率方面宫颈液基细胞学数据具备显著优越性(P<0.05)。结论对临床收治宫颈病变患者应用宫颈液基细胞学手段对疾病进行检查和鉴别,筛查意义令人满意。
Objective To observe the clinical value of group screening for cervical lesions in the selection of cervical liquid-based cytological examination.Methods 400 patients with cervical lesions confirmed by colposcopic cervical biopsy were randomly selected From February 2017 to February 2019 and routine Pap smear and cervical liquid-based cytology were performed at the same time.The examination data were retrospectively analyzed and compared to summarize cervical liquid-based cells.To study the guiding value of cervical lesions screening.Results The detection rate of abnormal epithelial cells in cervical liquid-based cytology was significantly higher than that in routine Pap smear(P<0.05),and the satisfactory rate of diagnosis quality was significantly superior to that in cervical liquid-based cytology(P<0.05).Conclusion Cervical liquid-based cytology can be used to detect and differentiate cervical diseases in patients with cervical lesions,and the significance of screening is satisfactory.
