摘要
目的探讨单次与重复多次根管疏通填充治疗对牙体牙髓病患者的影响。方法分析江门市口腔医院2017年2月~2019年4月72例牙体牙髓病患者临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为多次组32例和单次组40例,观察两组牙体牙髓病患者咬合力、咀嚼效率、出血指数、牙龈指数、临床疗效、并发症发生率情况。结果单次组牙体牙髓病患者咬合力、咀嚼效率均高于多次组,出血指数、牙龈指数均低于多次组,单次组牙体牙髓病患者临床治疗总有效率均高于多次组,并发症发生率低于多次组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单次根管疏通填充治疗牙体牙髓病患者效果明显,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of single and repeated root canal dredging treatment on patients with dental pulp disease.Methods 72 patients with dental pulp disease treated in our hospital from February 2017 to April 2019 were analyzed and grouped according to different treatment methods.32 cases with repeated root canal dredging treatments and 40 cases with single root canal dredging and filling treatment were observed.Occlusal force,chewing efficiency,bleeding index,gum index,clinical efficacy,and incidence of complications in patients with dental pulp disease in the two groups are observed and compared.Results The occlusal force and chewing efficiency of patients in the single group were higher than those in the repeated group,the bleeding index and gum index were lower than those in the repeated group,the total effective rate of clinical treatment of single group was higher than that in the repeated group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the repeated group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Single treatment of root canal dredging and filling is more effective than repeated multiple treatment in patients with dental pulp disease,which is worthy of clinical application.
