摘要
颈动脉粥样硬化被称为全身动脉粥样硬化的"窗口",所致的脑血管疾病和缺血性心脏病位居中国死因排名前列。心脑血管疾病的"高发病率、高致残率、高病死率、高复发率"的特点给广大人民带来了极大的痛苦和灾难。现代医学认为动脉粥样硬化一旦造成靶器官损害,很难逆转。因此,本病防重于治,防是关键。与现代医学相比,中医对动脉粥样硬化的防治具有明显的优势。本文拟对颈动脉粥样硬化的中医理论辨析与临床研究进行综述,探讨其临床思路与方法,以期在防治方面有所突破。
Carotid atherosclerosis is called the"window"of systemic atherosclerosis,and its cerebrovascular disease and ischemic heart disease rank top in Chinese cause of death.The pathogenic characteristics of"high incidence,high disability,high mortality,high recurrence rate"of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have brought great suffering and disaster to the people.Modern medicine be-lieves that atherosclerotic disease is difficult to reverse once it causes damage to target organs.Therefore,the disease is more important than prevention.Compared with modern medicine,Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis.Therefore,this paper intends to review the theoretical analysis and clinical research of carotid atherosclerosis in Chinese medicine,and explore its clinical ideas and methods,in order to make a breakthrough in the prevention and treatment of carotid atherosclerotic disease.
