摘要
[目的]冠心病患者报告结局/生命质量包括冠心病患者的生理、心理和社会健康状况,通过分析各方面关联的基因多态性,从而初步探讨冠心病患者报告结局/生命质量与基因多态性的关系。[方法]采用文献查询法、专家咨询法和核心小组讨论法,寻找影响冠心病发生发展以及冠心病患者情绪的基因,分析探讨这些基因影响冠心病患者报告结局/生命质量的可能机制。[结果]冠心病的发生发展与ApoE和LTA基因多态性有关;冠心病患者的情绪受ApoE、5HTT和5-HTR2A、2C受体基因多态性影响。[结论]冠心病患者报告结局/生命质量可能受ApoE、LTA、5HTT和5-HTR2A、2C受体基因多态性的影响,值得进一步研究。
Objective Patient-reported outcomes(PROS)with coronary heart disease/quality of life(QOL)include physiology,psychological and social health status.This paper is aimed to preliminarily study on the relationship of PROS/QOL and gene polymorphism in patients with coronary heart disease by analyzing all around associated gene polymorphisms.Methods The literature review,experts consulting and core group discussion were used to find out genes which influenced occurrence,development of coronary heart disease and emotional behaviors od patients,and to discuss and analyze the possible mechanisms of gene which influenced PROS with coronary heart disease/QOL.Results There was relationship in the occurrence,development of coronary heart disease with ApoE and LTA gene polymorphisms.The emotion of coronary heart disease was influences with ApoE,5-HTT,5-HTR2A and2C serotonin receptor gene polymorphisms.Conclusions The ApoE,LTA,5-HTT,5-HTR2A and 2C serotonin receptor gene polymorphisms may influence PROS/QOL,and needs to be studied further.
