CBL教学法联合加涅教学理论在神经外科护理教学中的应用及其临床意义研究 被引量:17

摘要 目的:探讨CBL教学法联合加涅教学理论在神经外科护理教学中的应用及其临床意义。方法:选取2017年9月-2018年9月本院参与神经外科护理实习的实习生68名,按照数字表法将其随机分为两组,每组各34名。对照组实习生采用CBL教学法进行教学,研究组实习生采用CBL教学法联合加涅教学理论进行教学。分析两组实习生教学效果,探究该教学模式在神经外科护理临床教学中的应用价值。结果:研究组临床思维以及操作技能得分高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组专业理论以及病案质量得分与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组神经外科护理实习生学习依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组神经外科护理教学总满意高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组神经外科实习生学习兴趣以及主观能动性均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在神经外科护理教学工程中采用CBL教学法联合加涅教学理论教学可以有效提高神经外科护理实习生的技能掌握情况,提高其参与教学培训的依从性,对于患者学习兴趣以及主观能动性气道调动作用,增加实习生对于教学功工作的认可,可以在临床护理教学中进一步推广应用。 Objective:To explore the application of CBL teaching method combined with Gagne teaching theory in neurosurgery nursing teaching and its clinical significance.Method:A total of 68 interns who participated in neurosurgery nursing practice in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the digital table method,34 cases in each group.The control group interns were taught with CBL teaching method,while the research group interns were taught with CBL teaching method combined with Gagne teaching theory.The teaching effect of the two groups was analyzed and the teaching mode application value in clinical teaching was explored in neurosurgery nursing.Result:The scores of clinical thinking and operation skills in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of professional theory and medical record quality between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).The learning compliance of neurosurgery nursing interns in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of neurosurgery nursing teaching in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Interns’learning interest and subjective initiative in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:CBL teaching method combined with Gagne teaching theory teaching in neurosurgery nursing teaching project can effectively improve the skill mastery of Neurosurgery nursing interns,improve their compliance to participate in teaching and training,increase the students’interest in learning and the role of supervisor’s active airway mobilization,and increase the interns’recognition of teaching skills.It can be improved in clinical nursing teaching.
