摘要
福州滨海新城是福州国家级新区的核心区,将其建成"宜业宜居"区是滨海新城未来发展的重要目标之一。当前滨海新城面临传统工业园区用地占比较大、社区休闲空间用地受约束、基础设施和生活配套设施建设滞后等主要瓶颈。为更好地发挥滨海新城"产城融合"的引领作用,提出如下对策:优化生态环境,以高质量的生态环境吸引新兴产业及高端人才集聚;以高科技产业和新兴产业推动现代化示范性城区建设;借助文化旅游业,以文化气质和休闲环境促产城融合;以数字技术+服务为切入点,发展数字服务产业推动产城融合。
Fuzhou Binhai New City is the core area of Fuzhou national level new area. It is one of the most important goals for the future development of Binhai New City to be built into a "home suitable for both industry and living". At present, Binhai New Town is faced with major bottlenecks, such as the large proportion of traditional industrial park land, the restriction of community leisure space land, and the lag of infrastructure and living facilities construction. In order to give full play to the leading role of "industry city integration" of Binhai New Town, the following countermeasures are proposed: optimizing the ecological environment, attracting emerging industries and high-end talents with high-quality ecological environment;promoting the construction of modern demonstration urban area with hightech industries and emerging industries;promoting the integration of industry city with cultural temperament and leisure environment with the help of leisure tourism;integrating digital technology into life service to develop the digital service industry and promote the integration of industry and city.
