摘要
基于应用型高校自身特点,根据“新工科”建设的目标和行动路线,以成果导向教育(OBE)理论指导人才培养模式的创新,以人才培养结果为基础进行人才培养方案的反向设计。结合光电信息类专业人才实践创新能力培养模式实施方案、专业实践课程体系改革、以科研带动教学构建从“以教师为中心”转变为“以学生为中心”的新型“大学生导师制”等方面,进行教学改革创新尝试,积极探索地方性大学“新工科”人才培养模式改革的新模式和新路子。为高校培养出能服务于国家发展战略、符合区域经济发展需求、工程实践能力较强的高素质“新工科”人才提供新方案。
In view of the characteristics of application-oriented universities,based on the objective and action line of the construction of"new engineering",we make use of the theory of outcome based education to guide the innovation of talent cultivation model and conduct reverse design of talent cultivation program based on the results of talent cultivation.Based on photoelectric information engineering talent practice innovation ability cultivation model implementation plan,professional practice curriculum system reform,promoting teaching by scientific research building from"teacher-centered"to"student-centered"new"undergraduate tutorial system"and so on,we try to make teaching reform and innovation,actively explore local university new engineering talents training mode reform of the new mode and new way.The purpose of this study is to provide a new program for universities to train high-quality"new engineering"talents who can serve the national development strategy,meet the needs of regional economic development and have strong engineering practice ability.
