摘要
为探究淹水对葡萄光合作用及根系生理活动的影响,以盆栽酿酒葡萄‘美乐’为试材,正常生长的葡萄为对照,设置淹水时间分别为4 d、6 d、8 d的梯度处理,研究不同淹水时间对葡萄光合作用及根系生理活性的影响。结果表明,不同淹水处理能够不同程度地降低葡萄叶片的叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量和根系活力。而且随着淹水时间的延长,叶片叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量和根系活力显著下降,从而使净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度较对照明显降低。同时葡萄根系的电导率、丙二醛含量显著升高;淹水胁迫解除后,根系的电导率、丙二醛含量下降。随着淹水时间的延长,根系中的脯氨酸含量较对照显著升高。因此,淹水会导致葡萄叶片和根系组织被破坏,淹水时间较短的植株容易恢复;淹水时间越长,破坏程度越大,恢复越慢。
Potted wine grape’Merlot’was used as the test material,and normal growing grapes as the control,and different duration gradient of flooding(4 d,6 d,8 d)were set to study the effects of different duration of flooding on photosynthesis and root physiology of grapes.The results showed that the chlorophyll and carotenoid content of leaves and root activity could be decreased by waterlogging treatment to vary degrees,and decreased significantly with the increase of waterlogging days,resulting in significantly lower net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance.At the same time,the conductivity and malondialdehyde content of roots were increased significantly,and the conductivity and malondialdehyde content of roots was decreased after waterlogging stress was relieved.Proline content in roots was increased significantly with the prolongation of waterlogging time.So that,waterlogging could cause damage to leaves and root tissues,the vine that have been waterlogged for a shorter period of time could recover.The longer the waterlogging,the deeper the damage,and the slower the recovery rate.
