摘要
食品工程原理实验是食品科学与工程及相近专业的必修课程,本文结合近些年该课程的教学经验,提出了提高实验课程教学效果的几点思考,包括精炼课程内容、丰富课程环节、提供线上学习资源、增强实验过程管理、完善实验考核方式,旨在提高学生的学习积极性、学习成效及应用能力,进而更好地开展教学工作。
Experiment of food engineering principle is a compulsory course for food science and engineering and similar majors.Based on the teaching experience in recent years,the paper puts forward some thinking to improve the effect of the experimental teaching,including refining course content,enriching course forms,providing online learning resources,enhancing experimental process management,and improving experimental assessment methods.The purpose is to improve students'learning enthusiasm,learning effectiveness and application ability,and to better carry out teaching.
