摘要
黑龙煤业2102工作面区段煤柱宽度为35 m,为提高资源利用率,对区段煤柱宽度进行优化,实地矿压监测、理论分析及数值计算。研究表明,35 m宽的区段煤柱有较大的优化空间,2103工作面合理的区段煤柱宽度为21.5~26 m,在实际生产中将煤柱宽度定为25 m,2103工作面回采期间,2103运输巷表面围岩位移监测结果表明,顶底板最大累计移近量为169 mm,两帮最大累计移近量为383 mm,巷道的变形量在安全可控范围内,能够满足2103工作面的正常回采,区段煤柱优化为25 m,取得了良好的应用效果和经济效益。
The coal pillar width of the 2102 working face section of Heilong Coal Industry was 35 m.In order to improve the resource utilization,the coal pillar width of the section was optimized.The field pressure monitoring,theoretical analysis and numerical calculation research showed that the 35 m wide Section coal pillars had a large space for optimization.The reasonable section coal pillar width of the 2103 working face was 21.5~26 m.In actual production,the coal pillar width was set to 25 m.During the 2103 working face mining,the surface of the 2103 transportation roadway,the monitoring results of surrounding rock displacement showed that the maximum cumulative approach of the top and bottom was 169 mm,the maximum cumulative approach of the two sides was 383 mm,and the deformation of the roadway was within a safe and controllable range,which could meet the normal mining of the 2103 working face.The segment coal pillar was optimized to 25 m,which achieved good application results and economic benefits.
