摘要
西门子SGT5-8000H燃气轮机是目前国际上应用较广泛的燃气轮机之一,具有高出力、高运行灵活性、低热耗、低排放等特点,将成为我国大型天然气发电项目重点关注和优先选用的机型之一。以巴基斯坦吉航1 263 MW"二拖一"联合循环机组为例,通过分析西门子H级燃气轮机最新的控制逻辑,对机组启停及运行具有重要影响的排气温度控制进行解析,并列出排气温度的修正补偿公式,阐述排气温度控制的原理和作用,分析影响排气温度控制的各种因素,同时对现场IGV/VGV调试进行了总结,为同类机组的调试、运行及检修等方面提供借鉴。
Siemens SGT5-8000H gas turbine is one of the most widely-used gas turbines in the world, which is characterized by its high output power, high operational flexibility, low heat consumption and low emission and will become one of the focus and priority models for large-scale natural gas power generation projects in China. Jhang 1 263 MW "two towing one" combined cycle unit in Pakistan is taken as an example to analyze the latest control logics of Siemens class-H gas turbine and the exhaust gas temperature that affects unit startup and shutdown, and gives the exhaust temperature correction compensation formula, besides, it illustrates the principle and function of the exhaust gas temperature control and analyzes the various influencing factors of the exhaust temperature control and summarizes the on-site commissioning of IGV/VGV, providing a reference for the similar units in commissioning, operation and maintenance.
