摘要
ZJ气田沙溪庙组气藏河道砂体薄窄、发育分散、储层物性差、非均质性强,气水分布复杂,开发难度大。根据静动态特征建立了6类河道的分类标准,通过综合评价优选出现有条件下Ⅰ-A、Ⅰ-B及Ⅱ-A类河道可实现有效开发。针对3类可开发河道,对开发井网、水平井地质参数及合理产量等影响开发效果的关键参数进行了优化。结果表明:Ⅰ-A类河道主要采用水平井开发,合理水平段长度900~1000 m、井距600~700 m、排距500 m、合理产量(3~7)×104m 3/d;厚度大于15 m的Ⅰ-B类河道可采用水平井开发,水平段长度1000~1100 m、井距500~600 m、合理产量(3~4)×104m 3/d;砂体厚度大于15 m、有效渗透率大于0.05×10^-3μm^2、含水饱和度小于50%的Ⅱ-A类河道采用水平井开发经济有效,最优水平段长度1100~1200 m、井距400~500 m、合理产量(2~3)×104m^3/d。通过建立针对薄窄分散河道储层的差异化开发技术对策,可有效提高储层控制动用程度,延长稳产期,有效提高气藏的开发效果。
Shaximiao gas reservoirs in ZJ Gas Field are characterized by narrow channel sandbody,scattered distribution,poor physical properties,strong heterogeneity as well as the complicated gas and water distributions,so they are difficult to develop.Taking both the static and dynamic characteristics into consideration,the classifying standards for 6 types of the channel are established.For 3 types of developing channels,the key parameters influencing the development effects i.e.well patterns,geological parameters of the horizontal well and rational production were optimized.The results show that TypeⅠ-A channels are mainly developed by horizontal well,the reasonable length of the horizontal well section is 900-1000 m,the well spacing and well array are 600-700 m and 500 m respectively,and the rational proration is(3-7)×10^4 m^3/d;TypeⅠ-B channels with the thickness larger than 15 m can be developed by horizontal well too,the horizontal section length is 1000-1100 m,the well spacing is 500-600 m,the production is(3-4)×10^4 m^3/d;TypeⅡ-A channels with the sandbody thickness larger than 15 m,the effective permeability larger than 0.05×10^-3μm^2 and the water saturation less than 50%can be developed economically and effectively,the optimized horizontal section length is 1100-1200 m,the well spacing is 400-500 m,the rational production is(2-3)×10^4m^3/d.By establishing the developing differential technique countermeasure for the thin and narrow scattered channel reservoirs,the controlled and developed degrees of the reservoirs can be effectively improved,the stable-production stage can be prolonged,thus the developed effects of the gas reservoir can be effectively enhanced.
