摘要
针对云南配电网低电压问题的普遍性和严峻性,居民生产生活对用电质量需求越来越高,电能质量扰动造成低电压问题愈加突出,提出采用基于电力电子电能质量扰动抑制,对低压配网三相不平衡、无功、谐波等电能质量扰动造成的低电压问题进行治理。通过理论分析和试点应用,电压提升15%以上,改善了低电压电网的电压质量,为云南配电网低电压问题治理探索了一条有效的治理方法。不仅解决了低电压问题,还提高了供电可靠性和用电安全性。该方法具有良好的技术效益和经济效益。
For the universality and severity of the low voltage problem in Yunnan distribution network,residents’ demand for power quality in production and life is getting higher and higher,and the low voltage problem caused by power quality disturbance is becoming more and more prominent. Based on power quality disturbance suppression,in low voltage distribution network the low voltage problem caused by power quality disturbance such as three-phase imbalance,reactive power and harmonic is proposed to be solved. Through theoretical analysis and demonstration application,the voltage is increased by more than 15%,which improves the voltage quality of low-voltage power grid,and explores an effective treatment method for the low-voltage problem of Yunnan distribution network. It not only solves the problem of low voltage,but also improves the reliability and safety of power supply. The method has good technical and economic benefits.
