摘要
用户是企业赢得市场竞争的关键所在,如何根据多变的市场需求进行研发创新以应对激烈的市场竞争已成为了影响其发展的重中之重。基于持续性用户研发参与机制,以国内汽车制造业上市公司的新能源汽车产品研发过程为对象,通过移动经验取样法的研究范式展开连续3个月的不规则日记研究。研究结果显示,持续性用户研发参与能显著提升企业创新绩效,且该影响机制会通过企业社区信任感和企业社区推崇感的中介进一步强化,高用户知识分享能显著调节影响企业社区在持续性用户研发参与和企业创新绩效之间的中介作用,以促进企业创新绩效的有效提升。相关企业应适时优化研发理念,并通过构建与完善企业社区等现代化信息交互机制,拓宽企业创新渠道与研发方向,进一步加强企业知识吸收体系建设,以高知识获取与转化赢得市场的“未来”。
Users are the key for corporations to win market competition,how to deal with the fierce market competition has become a top priority for modern corporations to carry out research and development innovation according to the changeable user demand.For this reason,based on the mechanism of user?continuous?involvement,this study takes the research and development process of new energy automobile products of listed corporations in the domestic automobile manufacturing industry as the object,and this study used the paradigm of experience sample methods to conduct irregular diary study for three consecutive months.According to the research results,the participation of user continuous involvement can significantly improve the innovation performance of corporations,and the influence mechanism will be further strengthened through the intermediary of corporate community trust and corporate community evangelism.And furthermore,knowledge sharing by high users can significantly regulate the mediating role of between the participation of user continuous involvement and corporate innovation performance to promote the effective improvement of corporate innovation performance.Therefore,according to the research conclusion,this study suggests that relevant corporations should timely optimize the research and development innovation concept,and through the construction and improvement of corporate community and other modern user interaction mechanism,to broaden the direction of corporate innovation through efficient external knowledge channels.At the same time,further strengthen the corporate technology(knowledge)absorption system construction,through high knowledge acquisition and high knowledge transformation,to build the future market competitiveness of corporations.
