摘要
保鲜困难是影响杨梅鲜果供应期的重要原因,而培育不同成熟期的杨梅品种可有效的延长杨梅鲜果供应期。以项目组2012年在贵州省黔东南州榕江县发现的一株杨梅早熟株系为研究对象,以荸荠成年植株为砧木进行高接换冠,并高接换冠荸荠、东魁、安海软丝和安海硬丝作为对照。观察测定不同品种杨梅开花时间和成熟时间,测定果实发育过程的大小、重量、糖、酸、可溶性固形物、叶绿素和花青素含量等表观特征及内含物性状。结果表明:早熟杨梅株系的果实表观特性、内含物含量的发育特性和发育速度均与其他品种存在极大的相似性,而开花时间却比所有品种都提前,因此推断开花早是决定其果实早熟的最重要因素。
The difficulty in keeping fresh is an important reason that affects the supply period of fresh red bayberry(Myrica rubra).Cultivating kinds of red bayberry varieties with different maturation periods could effectively prolong the supply period of fresh red bayberry.In this study,an early maturing strain of red bayberry found in Rongjiang County 2012,was used for crown change by high position grafting on the rootstock,an adult plant of the red bayberry cultivar Biqi,other high position grafting lines that were crown changed by Biqi,Dongkui,Anhai Soft Silk and Anhai Hard Silk were set as the controls.The flowering time and ripening time of different red bayberry varieties were recorded.The appearance characteristics and inclusion properties of fruit in development process,such as fruit size,fruit weight and contents of sugar,acid,soluble solids,chlorophyll and anthocyanin were determined.The results showed that the early maturing red bayberry strains were greatly similar to other varieties in fruit appearance characteristics,and in the developing characteristics and speed of fruit inclusion,but its flowering time was much earlier than those of all other varieties.It was concluded that the early flowering was the most important factor to determine the early maturing of the fruits.
