固定化细胞较游离细胞具有良好的环境耐受性,使其在工业生产及环境保护等领域具有广泛的应用前景。介绍了固定化技术在环境治理、食品发酵、能源开发以及药物制备等领域的最新应用进展。
Immobilized cells have better environmental tolerance than free cells,which makes them widely used in industrial production and environmental protection.The latest application progress of immobilization technology in the fields of environmental governance,food fermentation,energy development and drug preparation is introduced.
