摘要
乳腺癌已经严重威胁到女性健康,对乳腺癌进行有效的化学预防显得尤为重要。本文对预防乳腺癌的主要化学药物进行回顾,并对近年来乳腺癌化学预防研究中的新方向与乳腺癌的相互关系以及化学预防乳腺癌药物在人群中的应用现状进行综述。
Breast cancer has seriously threatened women’s health,and effective chemoprevention of breast cancer is particularly important.This article reviews the main chemical drugs in prevention of breast cancer,and reviews the correlation between the new direction of breast cancer chemoprevention and breast cancer in recent years,moreover,reviews the current situation of the application of chemoprevention drugs for breast cancer in the population.
