摘要
为了进一步提高选煤厂经济效益,针对斜沟煤矿选煤厂的工艺特点,开发了产品结构优化软件;通过对各工艺环节分离效果的分析与诊断,结合煤质资料和产品价格,运用粒子群算法,探索出最佳洗选方案及系统各工艺参数,实现了经济效益最大化的目标;该软件在平移分配曲线的基础上增加了多工艺参数的迭代分析,寻找最优解,算法高效准确,适应大多数选煤工艺需求;斜沟选煤厂在精煤市场疲软时,矿井8号煤和13号煤的最佳入洗配比为1∶4,最大经济效益为188.6元/t;在精煤产率最大化时,矿井8号煤和13号煤最佳入洗配比为1∶6,最大经济效益为220.4元/t。
According to the technological characteristics of coal separating plants in Xiegou Coal Mine,optimization software of product structure;is developed.Through the analysis and diagnosis of the separation effect in each process link,combined with the coal quality data and the product price,the best washing scheme and the process parameters of the system are explored by using Particle Swarm optimization,so as to achieve the goal of maximizing economic benefits.On the basis of translating the distribution curve,the iterative analysis of multiple process parameters is added to the software to find the optimal solution in this way.The algorithm of this method is efficient and accurate so that it can meet the needs of most coal preparation processes.
