摘要
汽车底盘是汽车制造的三大件之一,其主要问题是腐蚀破坏严重。提高耐蚀性能的方法主要有调整合金成分,使用适当的表面处理技术及采用新型耐蚀材料。本文对汽车底盘部件腐蚀机理和影响腐蚀的因素进行了介绍,并总结了最近几年提高汽车底盘部件耐蚀性方面取得的进展,最后对汽车底盘部件研究中需要解决的问题和研究趋势进行了分析。
Automobile chassis is one of the three major parts of automobile and its main problem is poor corrosion resistance.The main methods to improve the corrosion resistance include alloy compositions modification,surface treatment and applying new corrosion resistant materials.This paper discusses the corrosion mechanism of automotive chassis parts and the relevant influencing factors.In addition,the research progresses on the enhancement of corrosion resistance for automotive chassis parts in recent years are reviewed.The problems and tendency that need to be solved in the research of automotive chassis parts are proposed.
