摘要
目的:采用卡托普利、美托洛尔、安体舒通联合疗法对慢性心力衰竭进行治疗,观察其疗效。方法:选取2018年1月~12月收治的慢性心力衰竭患者60例,对照组采用传统疗法进行治疗,观察组采用联合疗法(卡托普利、美托洛尔、安体舒通)治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗4周后,所有患者心功能均有所提升,左室舒张末径减小、LVEF增加;治疗12周后观察组心功能、左室舒张末径、LVEF明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后与治疗前相比,组间血钾情况无明显异常(P>0.05)。结论:卡托普利、美托洛尔、安体舒通联合疗法可明显改善慢性心力衰竭患者心功能、左室舒张末径、左室射血分数,值得推广应用。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of captopril,metoprolol and spironolactone in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods:60 patients with chronic heart failure admitted from January to December 2018 were selected.The control group was treated with traditional therapy,while the observation group was treated with combined therapy(captopril,metoprolol and spironolactone).The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,cardiac function of all patients had improved,left ventricular end diastolic diameter decreased and LVEF increased.After 12 weeks of treatment,cardiac function,left ventricular end diastolic diameter and LVEF in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum potassium between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Captopril,metoprolol and spironolactone combined therapy can significantly improve cardiac function,left ventricular end diastolic diameter and left ventricular ejection fraction in patients with chronic heart failure,which is worthy of popularization and application.
