摘要
目的:探究乳腺癌患者的乳腺肿块及腋窝淋巴结的超声声像图特征和腋窝淋巴结转移的关系.方法:选择2018年6月~2019年3月来本院进行治疗的乳腺癌患者84例作为调查对象,术前对所有患者落实高频二维超声以及多普勒彩色超声的检验,检查患者的乳腺肿块情况,并对患者腋窝淋巴结进行检验,对超声声像图表现加以记录.对所有患者术中进行淋巴结清扫,并对超声检验结果和淋巴结清扫结果进行比较.结果:本文84例患者经病理检验均明确得到确诊,经淋巴结清扫得出45例患者存在淋巴结转移,39例患者没有淋巴结转移,P>0.05;淋巴结转移患者图像的毛刺相对于无淋巴结转移患者而言更加的突出,P<0.05;淋巴结转移患者血流分级比无淋巴结转移更高,P<0.05;经超声判断可疑淋巴结转移患者高于非转移者,P<0.05.结论:通过超声手段检验乳腺癌患者的乳腺肿块和腋窝淋巴结,肿块,毛刺真和血流分级等都提示患者可能存在腋窝淋巴结的转移,能够为乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移术前预测提供科学的参考价值.
Objective:To explore the relationship between the ultrasound sonographic features of breast mass and axillary lymph nodes in patients with breast cancer and axillary lymph node metastasis.Methods:Eighty-four breast cancer patients who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to March 2019 were selected as survey subjects.All patients were examined by high-frequency two-dimensional ultrasound and Doppler color ultrasound before surgery to check the patient’s The breast mass was examined,and the axillary lymph nodes of the patient were examined.Ultrasound sonograms were recorded.Lymph node dissection was performed in all patients,and the results of ultrasound examination and lymph node dissection were compared.Results:The 84 patients in this paper were clearly diagnosed by pathological examination.Lymph node dissection revealed that 45 patients had lymph node metastasis,and 39 patients had no lymph node metastasis,P>0.05.The burr of the image of patients with lymph node metastasis was compared with that of patients without lymph node metastasis.The language is more prominent,P<0.05;the blood flow grade of patients with lymph node metastasis is higher than that without lymph node metastasis,P<0.05;the patients with suspicious lymph node metastasis judged by ultrasound are higher than those without metastasis,P<0.05.Conclusion:Ultrasonographic examination of breast tumors and axillary lymph nodes in breast cancer patients.Tumors,burrs,and blood flow grading all suggest that patients may have axillary lymph node metastases,which can provide scientific reference value for preoperative prediction of breast cancer.
