摘要
针对现场离心式冷水机组启动电流大造成供电跳闸的问题,提出采用中压变频器实现变频启动降低启动电流的解决方案,启动后采用同步切换技术自动完成电机由变频到工频运行的平稳切换。此方案应用于现场离心式冷水机组的改造,测试结果表明启动电流满足客户需求。
Aimed at the issue of electrical tripping caused by the large starting current of centrifugal chiller in the site,it is proposed that the medium voltage inverter is used to realize variable frequency starting to reduce starting current.After starting is completed,it uses synchronous switching technology to convert motor running from variable frequency to power frequency automatically.This scheme is applied to the reformation of centrifugal chiller unit in the site,and the testing results show that the starting current meets customer’s requirement.
