摘要
介绍沈宗国教授运用“阳微阴弦”理论辨治胸痹的临床经验,沈宗国教授认为阳气衰微,阴邪上乘是胸痹形成的主要原因,临证治疗时,当把握胸痹本虚标实的基本病机,以扶正祛邪为原则,急则治其标,缓则治其本,扶正当以益气温阳为要,祛邪当以疏理气机,辛温通阳,泄浊豁痰,活血化瘀为主,才能有更好的临床疗效。
This study introduced the clinical experience from professor Shen Zongguo to apply the“Insufficiency of Yang and endogenous excess of Yin pathogens”theory in the syndrome differentiation of chest stuffiness and pains.Professor Shen Zongguo believed that,the insufficiency of Yang Qi and the excess of Yin pathogens were the major causes leading to the formation of chest stuffiness and pains.In clinical treatment,the pathogenesis of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality of chest stuffiness and pains should be mastered,and treatment should be based on the principle of strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors.Efforts should be made to treat secondary symptoms for emergency,and to treat root cause for non-urgency.Importance should be attached to invigorate Qi and warm Yang in strengthening the body resistance,while eliminating pathogens should focus on regulating Qi activity,resuscitating with pungent and warm medicinals to tonify Yang,discharging turbid and phlegm,and promoting blood circulation to remove the blood stasis,so as to achieve superior clinical efficacy.
