摘要
工程管理硕士专业学位是我国2010年新设置的专业学位。文章面对当今工业4.0的到来,讨论了离散制造业类工程管理的内容和发展方向,提出了工程管理内容框架的两维模型,将工程管理内容和发展方向进行了梳理和有机的整合,研究了工程管理的发展趋势,并提出相应的工程管理研究生的培养对策。这对于离散制造业类工程管理硕士培养方案的完善具有参考价值,有助于工程管理硕士生确定自己的论文研究方向。
Master of engineering management is a degree that recognized by Chinese government in 2010.In the face of the fourth industrial revolution,this paper discusses the content and direction of master of engineering management for discrete manufacturing industry.In this paper,a two-dimensional framework is proposed for the content of master of engineering management,which integrates present content and future directions.Based on the investigation of developmental trend of engineering management,implications are proposed for cultivating master of engineering management.This study would be beneficial in improving the training plan of master of engineering management,and could be helpful in determining research directions of graduate thesis.
