摘要
真菌感染的发病率及病死率呈逐渐上升趋势,引发医学界的广泛关注。由于真菌细胞结构复杂,且大部分真菌感染患者临床症状无明显特异性,因此真菌的实验室检测对于临床诊治具有重要的指导意义。本文总结了真菌的表型鉴定、血清学检测、分子生物学检测及光谱检测技术在临床上的应用,分析了这些技术的优势与不足,并对真菌检测新技术的发展前景进行了展望。
The morbidity and mortality of fungal infections are gradually increasing in clinical practice,which has caused widespread concern in the medical community.Because the fungal cell structure is complex and the clinical symptoms of most patients with fungal infections are not specifically specific,laboratory testing of fungi has important guiding significance for clinical treatment and medication reference.This article mainly introduced the clinical application of fungal phenotypic identification,serological detection,molecular biological detection and spectral detection technology,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of these technologies,and looked forward to the future development of new fungal detection technologies.
