摘要
气相色谱-质谱法是环境样品核心检测技术之一,在各大环境检测机构普及率极高,本文围绕应用型本科院校环境专业GC/MS实验教学展开,探讨了引入线上线下混合式教学模式的必要性,分层次、多梯度地设计实验内容的可操作性,以邻苯二甲酸酯的分析为例,说明了GC/MS实验实施方法。以期达到提升实验教学质量,提高学生实验操作技能的目的。
Gas chromatography-Mass spectrometry is one of the core detection technologies which was used in environmental samples.It has a very high popularity in various environmental detection institutions.This paper focuses on the GC/MS experimental teaching of environmental specialty in application-oriented undergraduate colleges,the necessity of introducing online and offlineteaching mode,the operability of experimental content in layers and gradients.Explorations on the design of GC/MS experiment method by taking dimethyl phthalate as an example.In order to improve the quality of experimental teaching and operating skills of students.
