摘要
煤化工过程产生的具有一定热值的酸性废气通入锅炉燃烧不仅可以消除污染还能节约燃料,但是酸性废气中含有大量的硫分,可能会对原有的系统产生低温腐蚀,因此需要在实际工程应用前进行评估,其中最重要的是酸露点的估算。采用多种方法对各种掺烧工况下的酸露点进行了计算,结果显示将废气只通入一台锅炉时酸露点最高,之后随着掺烧锅炉数量的增加,酸露点逐步下降,但都大于纯烧原煤时;当参与掺烧的锅炉达到三台时,继续增加数量,酸露点下降的效果就不再显著。分析表明烟气中硫化物浓度提高对脱硫脱硝和除尘等设备均有不利影响,需要做好相应的应对措施。
Acidic waste gas with calorific value produced by coal chemical industry is a source of atmospheric pollution.Burning acidic waste gas in a boiler not only eliminates pollution but also saves fuel.However,acidic waste gas contains a lot of sulfur,which may cause low-temperature corrosion to the original system.Therefore,it needs to be evaluated before practical engineering application,and the most important one is the estimation of acid dew point.The acid dew point under various mixing conditions was calculated by various methods at home and abroad.The results show that the acid dew point is the highest when the exhaust gas is sent to only one boiler.As the number of blending boilers increases,the acid dew point gradually decreases,but it is greater than the acid dew point of burning coal.When the number of boilers mixed with acidic waste gas reaches three,the effect of acid dew point drop is no longer significant.The increase of sulfide concentration in flue gas has adverse effects on equipment such as desulfurization,denitrification and dust removal,and it is necessary to take corresponding countermeasures.
