摘要 对采用尿素制氨方式进行脱硝的燃气蒸汽联合循环机组来说,尿素热解需要的温度条件制约了燃气轮机快速启动调峰的特性。本文介绍了尿素直喷系统首次在燃气蒸汽联合循环机组上实际应用特点,简要说明了在运用该技术时需要注意的事项,首先通过合理的喷枪布置方式与专用的喷枪结构形式,保证尿素的雾化效果及炉膛内氨气分布的均匀性,最后通过数值模拟进行优化调整,使尿素直喷满足脱硝效率大于85%的技术要求。从系统配置、运行维护的角度与传统尿素热解炉系统对比,燃气蒸汽联合循环机组采用尿素直喷系统,具有系统简单、占地面积小、工程造价低、运行可靠性高、经济效益好等优点,推广前景良好。 For the gas-steam combined cycle unit which uses urea to produce ammonia for denitrification, the temperature conditions required for urea pyrolysis restrict the characteristics of rapid start-up and peak regulation of gas turbine. This paper introduces the practical application characteristics of urea direct injection system in gassteam combined cycle unit for the first time. It briefly describes the matters that should be paid attention in the application of this technology. Firstly, through reasonable spray gun layout and special spray gun structure, the atomization effect of urea and the uniformity of distribution in the furnace are guaranteed. Then, the optimization adjustment is carried out through numerical simulation to make the direct injection of urea meet the technical requirements of denitration efficiency greater than 85%. From the point of view of system configuration, operation and maintenance, compared with the conventional urea pyrolysis furnace system, the urea direct injection system has the advantages of simple system, small floor area, low project cost, high operation reliability and good economic benefit, which has good development prospect.
