摘要
传统矿用SSJ-800型带式输送机在运转过程中,无法进行输送带的张紧调节,经常出现因输送带张紧不足而导致输送机跑偏、窜跳、磨损等现象,缩短了使用寿命,并且严重威胁运输安全。针对这一问题,设计了矿用带式输送机张紧调节装置。介绍了张紧调节装置的结构和工作原理,分析了其优缺点。应用所设计的张紧调节装置,矿用带式输送机实现了安全高效运转,并取得了显著的经济效益。
The belt tension cannot be adjusted during the operation of the traditional SSJ 800 mine belt conveyor,and insufficient belt tension would lead frequent troubles in the conveyor such as lateral misalignment,jumping and wearing that may reduce the service life and threaten the transportation safety seriously.In response to this issue,a tension adjusting device for the mine belt conveyor was designed.The structure and working principle of the tension adjusting device were introduced,and its advantages and disadvantages were analyzed.By applying the designed tension adjusting device,the mine belt conveyor achieves safe and efficient operation with significant economic benefits.
