摘要
本文通过对XLPE(交联聚乙烯)试样在不同温度下热处理形成的DSC曲线中的小肩峰现象来说明XLPE的热处理对于次期结晶生成的小尺寸晶体有完善作用,过高的温度会破坏晶体结构,从而通过XLPE电缆的小肩峰温度追溯电缆的热历史。
In this paper,the small shoulder phenomenon in the DSC curve formed by heat treatment of XLPE(crosslinked polyethylene)samples at different temperatures is used to explain that the heat treatment of XLPE has a perfect effect on the small-sized crystals formed in the next stage of crystallization.Temperature destroys the crystal structure,which traces the thermal history of the cable through the small shoulder temperature of the XLPE cable.
