摘要
研究了两种不同产地膨胀珍珠岩的筒压强度、孔隙率、粒度分布等性能,以及以其为主要原料制备的膨胀珍珠岩保温板的性能。结果表明:膨胀珍珠岩孔隙率越大,保温板的导热系数越低,保温性能越好;膨胀珍珠岩筒压强度高时,保温板的导热系数低、抗压强度高;科学的粒度分布有利于膨胀珍珠岩保温板保温性能的优化和提升;膨胀珍珠岩表面MTMS预聚物包覆有利于膨胀珍珠岩及膨胀珍珠岩保温板强度的提升,并可优化其保温性能;膨胀珍珠岩筒压强度、孔隙率、粒度分布等性能相互牵制、相互影响,要制备出性能优良的膨胀珍珠岩保温板,需使各项性能协调作用。
The properties of two kinds of expanded perlite from different producing areas,such as compressive strength,porosity,grain size gradation,and the properties of expanded perlite insulation board made from them were studied.The results showed that:the higher the porosity of expanded perlite is,the lower the thermal conductivity of insulation board is,and the better the insulation performance is.When the compressive strength of expanded perlite is high,the thermal conductivity of the insulation board is low and the compressive strength is high.The surface of expanded perlite is coated with MTMS prepolymer,which can improve the strength of expanded perlite and expanded perlite insulation board and optimize its insulation performance.The properties of expanded perlite,such as compressive strength,porosity and grain size grading,interact with each other,in order to prepare the expanded perlite insulation board with good properties,it is necessary to make all the properties coordinate.
