摘要
为科学分析工程质量保险与我国工程质量风险的契合度,通过专家调研、质量投诉数据统计、工程造价数据统计、相互影响程度分析,构建了工程质量保险与我国工程质量风险的供给需求契合度分析模型、确定了各因素权重,以及坐标轴最优位置关系。并根据调研数据统计,分别对工程质量保险和质量保证金制度与我国工程质量风险的契合度进行了计算,得出工程质量保险比质量保证金的保障期有大幅度提升的结论。
To scientifically analyze the fit degree of engineering quality insurance and engineering quality risk in China,this study constructs a supply demand fit degree analysis model for engineering quality insurance and engineering quality risk in China.The weight of each factor and the optimal position of coordinate axis are determined through expert evaluation,quality complaint data,engineering cost data and the degree of interaction.Then according to the survey data,this paper calculates the fit degree between the engineering quality insurance,quality guarantee system and the engineering quality risk in China,and draws the conclusion that the project quality insurance has a significant improvement over the guarantee period of quality guarantee.
