麦麸膳食纤维对控制中老年糖尿病患者血糖效果研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨麦麸膳食纤维对控制中老年糖尿病患者血糖效果分析。方法:将32例中老年糖尿病患者随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组膳食习惯不变,根据医嘱正常服用降血糖药物;观察组在服用降血糖药物基础上,实施膳食干预,将每餐主食减半,增加1份含15g麦麸膳食纤维的饼类食物,清晨空腹状态下两组患者进行静脉血样采集供血糖指标检测,比较两组患者血糖控制情况。结果:膳食干预后,观察组餐后2h血糖与甘油三酯下降幅度高于对照组,同时血糖标准差与平均血糖变化幅度均低于对照组,且观察组空腹胰岛素和内稳态模型评价指数下降幅度达到30%以上,显著高于对照组。结论:利用麦麸膳食纤维可辅助血糖控制,降低胰岛素抵抗,稳定血糖变化幅度。 Objective To investigate the effect of wheat gluten dietary fiber on blood glucose control in middle-aged and elderly diabetic patients.Method Totally 32 middle-aged and elderly diabetic patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The dietary habits of the control group remained unchanged and the hypoglycemic drugs were taken normally according to the doctor's orders.On the basis of taking hypoglycemic drugs,the observation group took dietary intervention to halve the staple food per meal and add a cake food containing 15g wheat gluten dietary fiber.The venous blood samples of the two groups were measured on an empty stomach in the morning,and the blood glucose control of the two groups was compared.Result After dietary intervention,the decrease of blood glucose and TG in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the changes of blood glucose standard deviation and average blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the evaluation index of fasting insulin and homeostasis model in the observation group decreased by more than 30%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion The dietary fiber of wheat bran can help to control the blood sugar,reduce the insulin resistance and stabilize the change of blood sugar.
