摘要
目的研究乳腺癌根治术患者化疗前后血清糖链抗原125(CA125)、糖类抗原CA153(CA153)、组织多肽特异性抗原(TPS)水平及其与预后的相关性分析。方法选取72例进行乳腺癌根治术患者及同时期体检均健康的42例女性为研究对象,对比两组研究对象血清CA153、CA125、TPS水平。乳腺癌患者于根治术后3周、化疗2个疗程后分别采集外周血分离血清,对比患者化疗前后血清CA153、CA125、TPS水平。化疗结束后6个月依照患者是否复发、转移采集外周学分离血清,分析血清CA153、CA125、TPS水平。结果乳腺癌患者血清中CA153、CA125、TPS水平明显高于健康女性(P<0.05);化疗结束后血清中CA153、CA125、TPS水平显著下降(P<0.05)。化疗结束后6个月内,乳腺癌复发、转移患者血清中CA153、CA125、TPS水平明显高于未复发、未转移患者(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析CA153、CA125、TPS均是乳腺癌根治术及化疗后复发、转移的危险因素。结论血清CA153、CA125、TPS水平检测对乳腺癌治疗后复发和转移有较高的预测价值。
Objective To study the serum levels of carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carbohydrate antigen CA153(CA153)and tissue polypeptide specific antigen(TPS)before and after chemotherapy and their correlation with prognosis in patients with radical resection of breast cancer.Methods 72 patients who underwent radical resection of breast cancer and 42 women with healthy physical examination at the same time were selected as subjects.The serum levels of CA153,CA125 and TPS were compared between the 2 groups of subjects.Peripheral blood was collected to isolate serum from patients with breast cancer at3 w after radical surgery and after 2 courses of chemotherapy.The serum levels of CA153,CA125 and TPS were compared before and after chemotherapy.At 6 months after the end of chemotherapy,serum was collected from peripheral blood samples in patient with or without recurrence or metastasis,and serum CA153,CA125 and TPS levels were analyzed.Results The serum levels ofCA153,CA125 and TPS in breast cancer patients were significantly higher than those in healthy women(P<0.05).The serum levels of CA153,CA125 and TPS were decreased significantly after the end of chemotherapy(P<0.05).Within 6 months after the end of chemotherapy,the serum levels of CA153,CA125 and TPS in patients with recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer were significantly higher than those of patients without recurrence or metastasis(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed CA153,CA125 andTPS were risk factors for recurrence and metastasis after radical resection of breast cancer and chemotherapy.Conclusion The detection of serum CA153,CA125 and TPS levels has a high predictive value on recurrence and metastasis after breast cancer treatment.
