摘要
针对整体叶盘数控铣削过程中存在的难题,从最优化的角度出发,结合近年来国内外文献研究,从铣削工艺方案优化和工艺参数优化两方面进行介绍,重点对刀具可达性、加工效率、颤振变形、刀具磨损以及优化模型、优化算法等相关优化技术的研究现状进行综述。通过分析现有研究中存在的一些难题,探讨了整体叶盘数控铣削优化技术的研究方法,对后期开展整体叶盘制造技术研究具有一定的参考意义。
In view of the problems existing in the NC milling process of blisk,combined with the research of domestic and foreign literature in recent years,the optimization of milling process strategies and process parameters was introduced from the perspective of optimization,focused on the research status of optimization technologies such as tool accessibility,machining efficiency,chatter deformation,tool wear,optimization model and optimization algorithm.Through the analysis of problems existing in the existing research,the research methods of the optimization technology of NC milling of blisk were discussed,which had certain reference significance for the later research of blisk manufacturing technology.
