摘要
以新型动静压差速转台为研究对象,为了改善油膜存在的负压问题,提出两种改进方案。方案Ⅰ是在静压腔封油边处建立流量补偿孔,方案Ⅱ是在动压进油槽处增加进油孔。利用计算流体力学软件对转台油膜压力场、温度场进行数值仿真,并对不同转速下改进前后油膜承载力、进口流量、最低压力和最大温升进行对比分析。结果表明:两种改进方案都能有效改善负压,油膜特性均优于改进前,在改善负压上适用的转速范围更宽。
In this paper,a new type hybrid differential rotary table is taken as the research object,in order to improve the negative pressure of oil film,two improvement schemes are proposed.SchemeⅠis at the edge of the static pressure chamber seal oil flow compensation hole,schemeⅡis to increase oil hole in the dynamic pressure into the tank.The oil film pressure field and temperature field of the rotary table were numerically simulated by using the computational fluid dynamics software,and the bearing capacity,inlet flow,minimum pressure and maximum temperature rise of the oil film before and after the improvement at different rotating speeds were compared and analyzed.The results show that both schemes can effectively improve the negative pressure and the oil film characteristics are better than before the improvement.in improving the negative pressure on the applicable speed range are more wide.
