摘要
目的:观察在西医治疗基础上加用中医内服外敷法对外吹乳痈初期气滞热壅证的临床疗效。方法:选择外吹乳痈初期气滞热壅证74例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各37例,对照组37例患者采用西医常规治疗,治疗组37例患者在对照组基础上加用中医内服外敷,两组疗程均为7 d,观察两组患者治疗前后体温、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比、C反应蛋白、乳房胀痛评分。结果:随用药时间的持续,治疗组患者体温、中性粒细胞百分比、乳房胀痛较对照组明显改善,两组间有显著差异(P<0.05);白细胞计数、C反应蛋白较治疗前明显改善,两组组内比较具有显著差异。结论:中西医结合治疗外吹乳痈初期气滞热壅证能够提高临床疗效、改善症状,调节C反应蛋白水平。
Objective:To observe efficacy of the integrative medicine on external blowing mammary welling-abscess in early of the Qizhi Reyong syndrome(气滞热壅证).Methods:74 cases were divided into two groups,37 cases in each.The control group was given conventional western medicine;and the treatment group was given the TCM therapy more,for 7 days.Results:With the duration of medication,the body temperature,neutrophil percentage,and breast tenderness in the treatment group were more improved.The white blood cell count and C-reactive protein were significantly improved than before treatment(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine on external blowing mammary welling-abscess in early of the Qizhi Reyong syndrome shows good effects,can improve symptoms and regulate C-reactive protein levels.
