摘要
目的:对金莲花汤全方及拆方的抗流感病毒活性进行研究,证明组方的合理性。方法:采用噻唑蓝(MTT)法测定金莲花汤全方及各缺味金莲花汤的抗流感病毒有效率。结果:金莲花汤具有抗流感病毒活性,抗流感病毒有效率为(75.13±0.04)%;单味药大青叶、葛根、蒲公英、苏叶、金莲花的抗流感病毒有效率分别为(88.40±0.07)%、(74.27±0.06)%、(45.20±0.05)%、(32.20±0.07)%、(-3.26±0.09)%;在拆方研究中,缺苏叶、缺金莲花、缺蒲公英、缺大青叶、缺葛根金莲花汤的抗流感病毒有效率分别为(51.67±0.01)%、(28.22±0.06)%、(23.03±0.10)%、(-17.87±0.07)%、(-21.03±0.04)%。结论:金莲花汤具有良好的抗流感病毒活性。葛根和大青叶对全方抗流感病毒活性贡献较大,蒲公英、金莲花和苏叶对全方抗流感病毒活性贡献相对较小,但是各单味药都不可或缺,金莲花汤组方合理。
Objective:To study the anti-influenza virus activity of Jinlianhua decoction(JD)and decomposed JD to the evidence the prescription rationality.Methods:The MTT method was employed to determine the anti-influenza virus effectiveness of the whole prescription and decomposed prescription of JD.Results:JD had anti-influenza virus activity,and its effective rate against influenza virus was(75.13±0.04)%.For individual herbs,i.e.,Folium Isatidis,Radix Puerariae,Herba Taraxaci,Folium Perillae and Flos Trollii,the effective rates against influenza virus were(88.40±0.07)%,(74.27±0.06)%,(45.20±0.05)%,(32.20±0.07)%,and(-3.26±0.09)%,respectively.In the decomposition study,the effective rates of the decoctions lacking Folium Perillae,Flos Trollii,Herba Taraxaci,Folium Isatidis,and Radix Puerariae were(51.67±0.01)%,(28.22±0.06)%,(23.03±0.10)%,(-17.87±0.07)%,and(-21.03±0.04)%,respectively.Conclusion:JD has good anti-influenza virus activity.Radix Puerariae and Folium Isatidis contribute more to the anti-influenza virus activity of the whole prescription,whereas Herba Taraxaci,Flos Trollii and Folium Perillae have relatively less anti-influenza virus contribution to the entire decoction.However,each individual herb is indispensable,and the formulation of JD is reasonable.
