摘要
目的:探讨黄芪建中汤合理中汤对脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者治疗的临床效果。方法:对我院从2017年1月-2019年1月所收治的84例脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者进行研究分析,采用随机数字表分组法将其分为对照组(42例,采用西医治疗)和观察组(42例,采用黄芪建中汤合理中汤治疗),对比两组患者最终的治疗效果。结果:食欲、腹痛、反酸症状改善时间观察组显著短于对照组(P<0.05);临床相关中医症状评分观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组白细胞介素-6(Interleukin,IL)-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者黄芪建中汤合理中汤进行治疗取得了显著的效果,提高了患者的生活质量,具有较高的临床推广价值。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the Huangqi Jianzhong decoction(黄芪建中汤)plus the Lizhong decoction(理中汤)on chronic gastritis of the Piwei Xuhan type(脾胃虚寒).Methods:84 patients with chronic gastritis of Piwei Xuhan type were divide them into the control group(42 cases,adopted Western medicine treatment)and the observation group(42 cases,treated with the Huangqi Jianzhong decoction),the efficacy in the two groups was compared.Results:Improving time of the appetite,abdominal pain and acid reflux symptoms in the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The clinically relevant TCM symptom scores in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).IL-6 and TNF-αlevels in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Huangqi Jianzhong Lizhong decoction plus the decoction on chronic gastritis of the Piwei Xuhan type has achieved remarkable effects,improved the quality of life,and has high clinical promotion value.
