摘要
目的:探讨颞下颌关节紊乱(TMD)患者焦虑和心理压力与应对方式的相关性。方法:选取108例TMD患者,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、成人心理压力量表(APSS)及简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)对患者的焦虑、心理压力及应对方式进行评估,采用Pearson相关分析对患者焦虑、心理压力和应对方式进行相关性分析。结果:TMD患者的SAS得分明显高于中国常模,APSS得分明显低于急诊医师,SCSQ应对倾向得分明显高于网络成瘾患者,差异均有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);TMD患者的SAS得分与APSS得分呈正相关(r=0.4340,P<0.001),APSS得分与SCSQ应对倾向得分呈负相关(r=-0.2750,P=0.004)。结论:TMD患者存在一定的焦虑、心理压力与消极的应对倾向,且焦虑与心理压力呈正相关,心理压力与应对倾向呈负相关。
Objective:To explore the relationship between anxiety,psychological stress,coping style in patients with TMD.Methods:In 108 patients with TMD,anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS),adult psychological stress scale(APSS)and simple coping style questionnaire(SCSQ)were used to evaluate the anxiety,psychological stress and coping style of the patients.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze anxiety,psychological stress and coping style of patients.Results:The SAS score of TMD patients was significantly higher than that of Chinese norm,and APSS score was significantly lower than that of emergency physician.The scores of SCSQ coping tendency were significantly higher than those of Internet addicts,and the difference was highly statistically significant(P<0.01).SAS scores were positively correlated with APSS scores in patients with TMD(r=0.4340,P<0.001),and APSS score was negatively correlated with SCSQ response propensity score(r=-0.2750,P=0.004).Conclusion:There are certain anxiety,psychological stress and negative coping tendency in patients with TMD,and anxiety is positively correlated with psychological stress.Psychological stress is negatively correlated with coping tendency.
