摘要
手法整复是中医药治疗腰椎小关节紊乱症(Lumbar facet joint disorder,LFJD)的特色疗法之一,其临床效果获得广泛好评。本文从中医学对LFJD的认识、中医学对手法整复LFJD原理及诊治的理念、整复手法的分类以及手法治疗的现状和发展方向等方面进行综述。通过调查总结近年来国内外文献关于手法治疗LFJD的研究报道,不仅有助于了解LFJD的现状及存在的问题,且为以后手法的发展及科学研究提供关键的思路和依据。
Manipulation is one of the specific therapy of Chinese medicine for lumbar facet joint disorder(LFJD),whose clinical effect wins widespread praise.This paper reviewed the understanding of LFJD in Chinese medicine,the principle,diagnosis and treatment of manipulation for LFJD,the classification of manipulation therapy,and the current status and development direction of manipulation therapy.Through investigation and summary of recent domestic and foreign literatures on manipulation for LFJD,it is not only helpful to understand the current situation and existing problems of LFJD,but also provides key ideas and basis for the future development of manipulation and scientific research.
