摘要
目的分析无托槽隐形矫治器、自锁托槽矫治器和传统固定矫治器对轻度拥挤非拔牙矫治成年患者初戴矫治疼痛的程度.方法选取2017年6月至2018年1月徐州医科大学附属口腔医院收治的45例患者为研究对象,分为A组(无托槽隐形矫治技术)、B组(自锁托槽矫治技术)和C组(传统固定矫治技术),各15例,采用视觉评分表(VAS)记录三组患者在矫治器初戴后疼痛的评分.结果A组和B组疼痛程度在矫治器初戴后24h和2d时差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组和C组疼痛程度在矫治器初戴后12h、24h、2d、3d和4d时差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用无托槽隐形矫治技术可明显降低正畸患者初戴疼痛的程度,较自锁托槽和传统固定矫治器要舒适.
Objective To analyze the effect of non-bracket invisible appliance,self-locking bracket appliance and traditional fixed appliance on the pain of first-wear orthodontic treatment in adult patients with mild crowding and non-extraction.Methods From June 2017 to January 2018,45 patients admitted to the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University were divided into group A(non-bracket invisible orthodontic technology),group B(self-locking bracket orthodontic technology)and group C(traditional fixed orthodontic technology),15 cases each.Visual scoring scale(VAS)was used to record the pain scores of the three groups after the initial wear of orthodontic appliances.Results There was a significant difference in the degree of pain between group A and group B at 24 h and 2 d after the initial wearing of the appliance(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the degree of pain between group A and group C at 12,24 h,2,3 and 4 d after the initial wearing of the appliance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of non-bracket invisible orthodontic technique can significantly reduce the degree of initial wearing pain in orthodontic patients,which is more comfortable than self-locking brackets and traditional fixed orthodontic appliances.
