摘要
高校图书馆服务供给侧改革需要遵循供需平衡、管理创新与智慧服务的内在要求,以及发挥创新用户服务、提升办馆效益、完善管理机制与优化业务流程的基本效用。因此,高校图书馆应当通过确立顶层设计的战略布局、"前端控制"的资源体系、嵌入服务的人才优势、依托技术的用户体验来进行供给侧改革。
The reform of university library service supply-side needs following the internal requirements of balance between supply and demand,management innovation and intelligent service,and gives play to the basic utility of innovating user service,improving library efficiency,completing management mechanism and optimizing business process.Therefore,the university library should carry out the supply-side reform by establishing the strategic layout of top-level design,the resource system of"front-end control",the talent advantage of embedded services and the user experience relying on technology.
