摘要
随着5G技术的快速发展和用户需求的激增,如何构建具备全面智能、全面感知以及广泛互联特点的新一代图书馆服务平台为用户提供智慧化服务,为图书馆管理者提供决策支持,无疑是当下值得关注与研究的重要课题。为此,文章在回顾历代图书馆管理系统发展历史的基础上,通过概述5G技术及其应用,重点分析了5G技术驱动下图书馆服务的新特征,分别是移动服务泛在化、服务过程精准化、服务空间交互化和服务环境场景化,同时基于用户的信息需求与平台的功能需求分析,进一步梳理和勾勒出了新一代图书馆服务平台的系统架构和应用功能,以期为未来新一代图书馆服务平台的建设提供参考原型。
With the rapid development of 5 G technology and the surge of user demand,how to build a new generation of library service platform with comprehensive intelligence,comprehensive perception and extensive interconnection characteristics to provide intelligent services for users and decision support for library managers is undoubtedly an important topic worthy of attention and research at present.Therefore,based on the review of the development history of the library management system in the past,this paper analyzes the new features of library services driven by 5 G technology through the overview of 5 G technology and its application,which are the ubiquitous mobile services,the precise service process,the interactive service space and the scene of service environment,and further outlines the system architecture and application functions of the new generation of library service platform,which is expected to provide a reference prototype for the future development of library intelligent service platform.
