水泥基材料酸腐蚀破坏现象及提高耐酸腐蚀性的措施 被引量:6

摘要 随着工业和生活废气、废液排放量的增加,以及酸性环境范围的不断扩张,水泥基材料将面临越来越多、越来越严重的弱酸性或酸性环境,其遭受酸腐蚀而造成力学性能和耐久性劣化的现象也越来越普遍。本文论述水泥基材料面临的酸性环境种类、水泥基材料受酸腐蚀的破坏现象以及水泥基材料受酸腐蚀的机理,并就提高水泥基材料耐酸腐蚀性的有效措施,提出作者自己的观点。 With the increasing emission of industrial and domestic waste gas and waste liquid,as well as the continuous expansion of the scope of acid environment,cement-based materials will face more severe weak acid or acid environment,and the phenomenon of mechanical properties and durability degradation caused by acid corrosion is more and more common.In this paper,the types of acid environment faced by cement-based materials,the phenomenon of destruction of cement-based materials by acid corrosion,the mechanism of destruction of cement-based materials by acid corrosion are discussed,and the author's own views on the effective measures to improve the acid corrosion resistance of cement-based materials are put forward.
