摘要
玻璃复合技术,也称玻璃熔合技术,是3D玻璃技术之一,弥补了热弯3D玻璃角度过小、无法达到直角、弧度小、厚度薄、尺寸小的问题。熔合技术还能够实现多种类和多种尺寸玻璃的结合,以及实现手机的全玻璃中框,是玻璃手机后盖重要加工工艺。美国某品牌五代玻璃,0.55mm+1.2mm玻璃熔合后样品的3PB测试结果均值为15.272kgf,高于要求值14.040kgf;以130g钢球进行落球测试,结果最低碎裂高度为20cm,最高为60cm,高于要求值15cm。
