摘要
胫骨后侧平台骨折是一种由外力撞击或挤压所致的负重关节损伤,可造成不同程度的膝外、膝内畸形外翻,严重者可引起韧带损伤,导致膝关节严重障碍,及时治疗胫骨后侧平台骨折较为关键。手术治疗是其重要治疗方式,胫骨后侧平台骨折累及胫骨外侧平台,该区域解剖复杂,目前其手术入路及内固定方式存在较多选择。因此,对于胫骨后侧平台骨折的手术治疗,临床应根据其手术适应症,对手术入路及内固定技术进行选择。本文就胫骨后侧平台骨折手术治疗的手术入路以及内固定方式进行综述,以期为临床后续治疗提供有效参考依据。
Posterior tibial plateau fracture is a weight-bearing joint injury caused by external impact or squeeze,which can cause different degrees of deformity of the external and internal knee valgus.In severe cases,it can cause ligament damage and lead to serious knee joint disorders The fracture of the posterior tibial plateau is more critical.Surgical treatment is an important treatment method.The fracture of the posterior tibial plateau involves the lateral tibial plateau.This area is complicated in anatomy.At present,there are many options for surgical approach and internal fixation.Therefore,for the surgical treatment of posterior tibial plateau fractures,the clinical approach should be based on the surgical indications and the choice of surgical approach and internal fixation technology.This article reviews the surgical approach and internal fixation methods for the treatment of posterior tibial plateau fracture,in order to provide an effective reference for clinical follow-up treatment.
